Our quotes reflect experiences with past clients, but fees vary based on numerous factors, especially client preferences, building sites, and current material prices.
House plan complexity and price of finishing materials (i.e. flooring, cabinetry, appliances, etc.) significantly determines total price.
Generally, our prices start based on square foot of living space and fluctuate based on client customizations.

- Living Area: $190-$210
- Finished Garage (fully insulated and dry-walled): $80-$100
- Covered Porch: $40-$50
